The inspiration behind “No Honor” comes from the timeless wisdom of African Proverbs. In particular, the artwork is influenced by the proverb “Where There is No shame, There is No Honor”. In today’s society, the promotion of shameless behavior is prevalent. This artwork serves as a reminder that immodesty and shamelessness can tarnish a person’s worth, reputation, and character.
One of the unique aspects of creating “No Honor” was converting a digital design into a physical artwork. This allowed me to bring the proverb to life visually captivating way.
